Rachel Rosheger

Born 1994

Lives and works in New York, NY

Born in 1994, New York artist Rachel Rosheger earned her BFA from the Cooper Union in 2018. She has exhibited her work and participated in film screenings throughout the New York area, and was part of a recent group show in Los Angeles. Rosheger incorporates practical electronics into her sculptural assemblages, both functional and rendered otherwise. Often responding to environmental prompts, she uses natural systems of weather and geology to address broad topics in our shared cultural consciousness.
